Not what you think is driving it — what’s actually driving it. Hunger? Stress? Habit? Emotion? A trigger you’ve never even noticed?

Never. You always choose what you eat — always. My job is to help you become someone who chooses what feels good naturally, without guilt or restriction. And who can even trust herself around her “fear foods.”
Lighter is specifically designed for women who are already running on empty. Nothing we do is overwhelming, or adds to your load. In fact most clients tell me it starts feeling easier within the first several weeks — not harder. That’s the whole point.
Just one weekly session plus small, doable actions woven into your existing routine. The duration is the perfect period of time to create the change your relationship around food and build new habits. Also, Lighter even saves you time for the rest of your life.
Many clients have used their HSA or FSA to invest in Lighter. I’d definitely look into it after we talk during the consult.
