Hi, I'm Kate

I’m a Physician Assistant-turned-Eating Habits & Weight Loss Coach.

I help women in healthcare end the eating habits making life feel worse and weight loss hard.

And create habits that result in more energy, better emotional and physical health, lasting weight loss

And more importantly, a life that’s enjoyed more fully.

I believe in not having to live your life fearing every tasty morsel you put in your mouth will cause weight gain.

I used to eat pretty healthy as a kid. Then something changed once I was a Physician Assistant.

Peanut M&Ms would get me through a hectic clinic day.

Pasta, pretzels, bread, and granola bars were my main source of energy, reward, and comfort (or so I thought).

Needless to say, I gained weight, despite being super active.

But the problem wasn’t the food, it was that I felt I had to have those foods. Because I was tired, stressed, and using them to cope with life.

It only stopped when I finally addressed the root…. thoughts, emotions, habits.
