Welcome to the Eating Habits for Life podcast.
Today’s episode is going to be short and sweet, but I wanted to share something new and exciting with you — something that’s going to make it even easier for you to feel supported, grounded, and intentional with food throughout your week.
You know how the start of the week can sometimes feel like a clean slate… full of good intentions… but also a little chaotic?
You’re getting back into routine, there’s a lot on your mind, and you’re trying to get centered again after the weekend.
I’ve been thinking… that’s actually when you need these conversations the most.
That gentle reminder in your ear — to pause, to check in, to bring compassion and intention back into your eating and your mindset — right at the beginning of the week, not near the end of it.
So starting Tuesday, November 4th, Eating Habits for Life will now be coming out on Tuesdays!
That means instead of waiting until Thursday to tune in, you’ll have these episodes earlier in your week — to help you get aligned, stay intentional, and feel more peaceful around food as you move through your days.
And that’s not the only change I’m making.
Right now, if you’re on my email list, you’ve been getting two short notes from me each week… one on Monday and one on Thursday.
