I live in Rhode Island near the water with my husband, Paul, step-son, Ryan, and dog, Jonny.

I was a Physician Assistant for 15 years, but my desire to help others with bad eating habits grew substantially, so I made a complete change.

I’m a Certified Habit Coach and took extensive additional training that added to my prior knowledge.

I love to run, weightlift, play soccer, bake, draw, learn, and talk about the human brain and philosophy with Paul.

I treated my own anxiety and stress with the tools I use to help others manage emotions. That and changing my eating habits, has been completely life-changing.
