I specialize in helping career women, including those in healthcare, transform their eating habits and achieve sustainable weight loss.

As a Certified Habit Coach and former Physician Assistant of 15 years, I have a deep understanding of the brain and body.
I’ve had extensive education in eating behaviors, weight loss, and thoughts/emotions.
My clients have included Physician Assistants, nurses, entrepreneurs, managers, head of a private school, and other career women in all parts of the country.

I ended up loving it, but love this more. It’s just a different way of helping people.
