I love that I can eat when I’m hungry and I don’t need to battle deprivation. Eating with intention is by far the most important thing I can do, not eating a specific food or portion or time of day for all circumstances. I learned about taking very small baby steps that I know I can achieve, removing barriers to success, and keeping things simple. 

This is not a program looking to take you off track and throw you on a different one, which would have been daunting, highly disruptive, and in general something hard for busy people who already are averse to change.
